City of Leuven is building circularly

Interreg NSR ProCirc - pilot project focuses on circular construction

At the end of 2020, a new makerspace will open in Leuven. It will get a temporary location on two iconic, vacant industrial building sites: the Silo's and the Van Orshoven mills. Within ProCirc, the City of Leuven wants to focus on the circular design of these buildings for temporary use. Experiments will include business models for temporary use, urban mining and determination of residual value.
